Nasturtium Salad

Nasturtium Salad


Put a plate of flowers of the Nasturtium in a salad bowl, with a tablespoonful of chopped chervil; sprinkle over with your fingers half a teaspoonful of salt, two or three tablespoonsful of olive oil, and the juice
of a lemon; turn the salad in the bowl with a spoon and a fork until well mixed, and serve."

Ingredients

1 plate-full of Nasturtium flowers
1 tbsp chopped chervil
1/2 tsp of salt
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a salad bowl
  2. Turn the salad in the bowl with a spoon and a fork until well mixed, and serve
